Full payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payment.

Installation dates are estimates and subject to change.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, supply issues).

You are responsible for providing clear access to the premises.

Additional charges may apply for rescheduling due to access or safety issues.

If you cancel after goods are ordered or work begins, reasonable costs may still apply.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations within 48 hours of work may incur a cancellation fee.

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months after completion.
